This lovely light summer salad will be a hit at your next BBQ.
Heat the olive oil in a 20cm pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they turn golden (about 5 minutes). Add the stock, lentils, bulgur, cinnamon, cumin, and paprika. Increase the heat to high, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Place the lidded pot in the Wonderbag for a minimum of 1 hour 15 minutes to finish cooking.
To Serve, stir in feta, coriander, and squeeze fresh lime over the whole salad. Add salt to taste.
